Silicon Quantum Electronics Workshop in Kyoto

The annual Silicon Quantum Electronics Workshop (SiQEW 2023) was held October 31 - November 2, 2023 in Kyoto, Japan. This event focuses on quantum devices and quantum computing using silicon (Si) or semiconductor devices. Participants included research institutions, universities, and companies ranging from large corporations (Intel, IBM, Hitachi, etc.) to quantum startups (Silicon Quantum Computing, Diraq, Quantum Motion, etc.). An upcoming ATIP Scoop outlines developments announced by the Asian participants (i.e., Japan, China, Australia, Korea).

Quantum Expo Tokyo 2023

ATIP Japan attended the 4th Quantum Computing Expo Tokyo held Octboer 25-27, 2023. This show is held twice in a year under NexTech Week TOKYO, a comprehensive trade show that gathers advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.

HPC China 2023 Qingdao

ATIP attended the HPC China 2023 Conference held August 24-26 2023 in Qingdao, China. An upcoming ATIP report will detail the most interesting aspects of this important event.
